Brookhaven Fire Company EMS is seeking highly motivated Emergency Medical Technicians to staff our BLS Transport Unit. Brookhaven EMS responds to approximately 2,000 medical emergencies a year. In addition to the Borough of Brookhaven, we provide secondary coverage to 7 surrounding communities. New competitive pay rate for experienced EMT’s who are able to work 36 hours a week. QUALIFICATIONS:
*Current EMT
*EVOC certification preferred
*Valid Drivers License
*911 experience preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Copy of all required EMS certifications
*Copies of Criminal/Child Abuse/FBI Fingerprint Background Checks
PAY RATES:
$18-$20 *Based on availability & qualifications.
