The 14th Annual Brookhaven Remembrance Tree is here — remember someone special and participate in this beautiful Brookhaven tradition.
During the holiday season, we come together to honor or remember a loved one with a handwritten tag placed on the Remembrance Tree at the Municipal Center. For just $2 per name, you can participate in this touching tribute that has brought our community together for over a decade. Tags will be displayed from late November through January 1st. All proceeds are donated to a local family in need.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
• Complete the form (available at the Community Center or message me for details)
• Include the name(s) of those you wish to honor or remember
• Make your check payable to “Brookhaven Remembrance Tree Committee”
• Mail to: Remembrance Tree, c/o Karen Dauber, 535 Dutton Mill Rd., Brookhaven, PA 19015
