| The Condo / Association liaison serves as the Borough Council’s point of coordination with condominium and homeowners associations operating within the borough. The liaison facilitates communication, identifies shared concerns, and supports alignment between private communities and municipal operations. In practice, this role ensures that issues impacting multi-family and association-governed communities are understood, communicated, and appropriately addressed within borough decision-making. |
