With property fraud on the rise, property owners in Delaware County can now sign up for Property Alerts on the Delco Recorder of Deeds website to be notified against potentially fraudulent claims or transactions regarding their Real Property. Receive email alerts any time your personal or entity name is used in a Real Property filing within the county. This is a free service provided by GovOS and your Recorder of Deeds, designed with the goal of reducing fraudulently-recorded documents that could affect your property.

Delaware County uses the Everbridge emergency notification system, called DelcoAlert, and urges all residents to register to receive alerts regarding a variety of announcements, including severe weather, road closures, missing persons reports, and public health concerns. These emergency notices can be received by phone, email, or mobile device.
