| Purpose: |
| The Ordinance Committee is responsible for reviewing, developing, and recommending local laws and regulations that support the health, safety, and welfare of Brookhaven residents. The committee works to ensure that the Borough’s ordinances are up-to-date, clearly written, and effectively address the needs of the community. It also evaluates proposed changes to existing ordinances and collaborates with Borough Council and legal counsel to draft new legislation as needed.
