| Purpose/Goal: |
| The Zoning Hearing Board reviews applications for zoning variances and special exceptions related to both residential and commercial properties. The Board works in coordination with the Borough’s Zoning Officer and Solicitor to ensure all requests are properly evaluated and hearings are advertised and conducted in accordance with legal requirements. |
