Council and the OLC Acquisition Committee wishes to share the letter, in advance of the mass mailing, to guard against any issue with the USPS or for anyone that may not receive the letter.
The public hearing will be held Saturday February 24th at 12:00PM in the council room.
Voting will take place March 4th-8th from 10:00AM-8:00PM in the office lobby at the municipal center. Voting instructions are at the bottom of the letter.
